The White

70% Sauvignon Blanc, 20% Sauvignon Rose and 10% Chardonnay - Low temperature maceration during ten days before the fermentation. This contribute to aromatic development. Aged in tank on its fine lees (6 months) to obtain a aromatic harmony and a wine balance.


Dry white wine, fruity and unctuous, created from the happy marriage of the Sauvignon variety –vegetal and aromatic– and the Chardonnay variety conferring a rounded, smooth character. With its golden yellow coat, this Valençay is characterized by its mineral and exotic notes (citrus fruits, quince…) On the palate, you will discover musky flavours via its fine smoothness.


Serve cooled, but not chilled (6-9°C). A proud accompaniment to a start a fine meal and an elegant match for fish in sauce. For a light meal, it will express all its qualities with a Pyramide de Valençay cheese.

The white: Cuvée Chèvrefeuille

80% Sauvignon Blanc, and 20% Chardonnay - Low temperature maceration during ten days before the fermentation - Aged in tank on its fine lees (4 months).


With its yellow green colour, this Valençay 2008 is characterized by its floral and citrus fruits notes. On the palate, after fresh entry, this wine is round and powerful.


Serve cooled, but not chilled (8-10°). A proud accompaniment to your appetizer’s toasts and an elegant match for Seafood and Fish in sauce.

Touraine Sauvignon

100% Sauvignon - Low temperature maceration and controlled temperature vinification

A noble grape variety with a rustic character perfectly suited to our region. The chardonnay grape produces elegant and aromatic wines with a long finish.


With its clear yellow colour, with hints of gold, it exhales a very subtle nose and reveals notes of fresh butter, hazel nuts and grilled almonds.
