Cuvée Vermeil

A pleasant blend of Gamay, Côt and Pinot Noir varieties - After natural pre-clarification, by tasting our entire range of wines with our oenologist we have been able to select and blend this vintage. Then, we aged it for one year in barrels.


Its fine ruby red colour with a few “tile” coloured reflections expresses all its noble heritage of ageing in barrels. It soft character releases aromas of vanilla, with a spicy finish and hints of woodiness.


Served chambré (15°C), it is the perfect complement to marinated red meats in sauce (venison, kid…)

Les Perruches

A pleasant blend of Gamay, Côt and Cabernet varieties - Low temperature maceration.


It has a fine ruby red colour with a few purple reflections that express the richness and sobriety of flinty clay soil. The generous fruits of our old vines create floral notes that are both delicate and fruity. Its gentle flavour and character has notes of red fruits.


This pleasant, fruity and balanced wine is a superb accompaniment for your finest and most delicately flavoured dishes: grilled meats, white meat, game...

The Red

A pleasant blend of Gamay, Pinot Noir and Côt varieties - Harvest by hand and picking - Low temperature maceration during a week - 20% of this wine realizes the malolactic fermentation in barrels.


With a nice deep crimson colour, this wine is powerful with notes of red fruits compote and vanilla aromas. Their silky tannins give back a round palate and a persistent and fruity finish.


Serve slightly chambré (12°). A elegant and fine match for tajines and spiced poultry.

The Red: Cuvée des Griottes

A blend of Gamay, Côt and Pinot Noir varieties - Low temperature maceration - Aged in tank during one year


It has a fine ruby red colour with a few violet reflections that express the richness and sobriety of our soil. Fond wine with a pleasant body. Its gentle flavour and character has notes of red fruits (cherry blackcurrant), with a hint of spices in its finish.


Serve slightly chambré (12°). A perfect match for grilled meats or red meats as well as an ideal complement to the delicate variety of a cheese board.

Touraine Côt

100% Côt ou Malbec - Low temperature maceration


Its purple colour reflects the sobriety of our “Pierre à fusil” - rifle flint soils. Its finesse offers red fruit aromas (cherry) very typical of the Côt grape variety.


Served chambré at 12– 14°C, it will accompany Game and red meats in sauce with elegance.

Touraine Gamay

100 % Gamay from old vines - controlled temperature vinification.


The eye admires a brightly red colour. The nose discovers an great aromatic richness with different notes of red berries (currant, raspberry). The attack is light, soft and fine to keep in mouth only this fruity side - very characteristic of this wine of Touraine.


Light and friendly wine, ideal wine for picnic and buffet, roasted meats and cold meats (roast, chicken). To taste young. Served at a temperature of 12-14°C.
