Winter comes with these sad days but children’s hearts hum festive airs, eyes are illuminated and already our papillae wake up … The Scallop that concentrates all wealth of the Ocean, has a place of chose among the treasures of gastronomy which throne on our Christmas tables. And it is successful match with our Valençay Blanc Les Terrajots!

In full production, this small shell offers us for Christmas its best qualities:
-  its white flesh which we shall fry delicately, will underline the brightness of Valençay Blanc
-  Its flavour finely iodized will contrast with the mineral aroma of the wine
-  Its fine and delicate texture will be underlined by the supple character of this blending wine.

In sauce, the match is interesting because the wine is fat but subtly fresh. So it emphasizes yours dish. With a salad strewed with pieces of fruits (pineapple, mango or grapefruit), the aromas of the wine shows all the originality of yours dish.
