Three varietal wines

Touraine Côt

100% Côt ou Malbec - Low temperature maceration

Its purple colour reflects the sobriety of our “Pierre à fusil” - rifle flint soils. Its finesse offers red fruit aromas (cherry) very typical of the Côt grape variety.

Served chambré at 12– 14°C, it will accompany Game and red meats in sauce with elegance.

Touraine Gamay

100 % Gamay from old vines - controlled temperature vinification.

The eye admires a brightly red colour. The nose discovers an great aromatic richness with different notes of red berries (currant, raspberry). The attack is light, soft and fine to keep in mouth only this fruity side - very characteristic of this wine of Touraine.

Light and friendly wine, ideal wine for picnic and buffet, roasted meats and cold meats (roast, chicken). To taste young. Served at a temperature of 12-14°C.

Touraine Sauvignon

100% Sauvignon - Low temperature maceration and controlled temperature vinification

Its pale yellow colour with green reflections will release notes of subtle vegetal aromas (Acacia flower - Blackcurrant buds - Mint…) leaving sensations of sun matured grapes with characteristic and powerful flavours.

Serve cool (8-10°C). Your will appreciate its full flavour with starters, shellfish, grilled fish...
